LONDON, 30th April. Addressing the House of Commons, Mr. J. H. Thomas. Secretary ' for tho Colonies, announced that as no settlement by agreement was possible regarding the boundary, between North Ireland and the rest of Ireland, the frontier must be determined in accordance with Article Twelve of the Treaty, which provides for the establishment of a Boundary Commission.
