EASTBOURNE MANAGEMENT
At a special meetmsr of the Eastbourne Borough Council, held yesterday afternoon, the resignation of Mr. R. B Witty as general manager of the borough was accepted, to take effect immediately It is not anticipated that any appointment will be made at present,' and in the meantime Mr. F. Lloyd will fulfil the dufaes of acting-town clerk and Mr G. JV bhore those of actin^traffic manager.
