LONDON, 10th April. French papers comment on the 'e!x-' perts' report as follows:— The. " Figaro " says: " The power of the guarantees depends entirely on England, her agreement with her Allies, and the desire she will manifest 'in re-1 establishing the" security ' of-, the \ economic position of Europe." . The " Matin " says the most, important questions France should submit -to; her Allies are: " Are you-prepared to countersign the experts' reports? If s~, are: you prepared to put the-recom-mendations into effect, and, if necessay, • help us to bring pressure to bear on bad debtors, who, in Mr: M'Kenna's opinion, have secured 6750 million gold marks from their bankruptcy?"
