Herr-Gorge, director of Krupps, and chairman of the Association of German Industrialists, has expressed the opinion that reparation experts' reports must be accepted, despito the enormously heavy burden 'imposed. He thinks thai^ better terms are not likely to be obtained. An absolute pre-requisite was the full restoration of Germany's economic sovereignty.
