ANOTHER CAPITAL SENTENCE.
SYDNEY, 10th April Douglas Shuttleworth has been found gm% of the murder of David Sharp at Leura, and sentence of death v.-as passed. Prisoner; in a statement from the dock said that Sharp threw n bottle at him and was bending to get another missilo.'He thereupon struck Sharp, with a stick in self-defence. Ho had no intention of Killing him. .
