.LONDON,. 10th April, The Berlin correspondent of "The Times" says that Berlin is 'naturally grateful to the experts for their clear and categorical statement' as tp the necessity fpr the economic sovereignty and unity of, Germany, in the occupied and the unoccupied territory alike. There is. some 'adverse criticism of the scale. pf payments generally. However, the proposals aye fairly .well received in fini ancial and Government circles. «
