A'rather unusual position was disclosed in a judgment' summons ca3e in the Magistrate's Court this morning,', in which Ethel Mary Sharp, of Hamilton, claimed £24 11s ;from her formef 'husband, ..Cecil 'ijenry Sharp, formerly of Raetihi, but now of Dunedin, being costs. in a divorce suit.
