"BLACK" STEAMER
MAY DISCOLOUR DRY DOCK.
(UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION.—COPYRIGHT.) (Received 9th April, 10 a.m.) SYDNEY, This Day. The steamer Port Lyttelton, which was declared "black" by the maritime unions, has been placed in Mort's Dock. The Trades Hall Council stated that if any" repair work was ■ carried out, the unions would declare the dock black, ■which would result in the suspension of all work.
