15th BATTERY DANCE.
The opening night of the winter season, in connection with the 15th Battery Dance, takes place next Saturday. These dances, which were so very popular last year, take place every Saturday in the Old Navals'■ Hall, ■ Jervois quay. An energetic committee has been formed, which has secured the best in music and catering, and nothing has been left undone to make these dances popular.
