r , pARIS, 6th April. Le Journal" states that M pin- ocare.,and the German Ambassador ' dincussed the agreements of the Ruhr industrialists with the "Michum." It j s reported-that M. Poincare warned HeiT Hoesch. that fatal consequences- would follow a fresh conflict, the first of which would be the suspension of all the present working arrangement. He added that the recent utterances of German Almisters might interfere with the occupied territories participating in the German elections. It was impossible to refiise tht, Germans the right to vote,1 bnt the Allied authorities could not permit unrestricted Nationalist propaganda. •
