/ ■ LONDON, 6th April. The lock-out notices have been issued by the Shipbuilding Employers' Federation, and take effect on 10th April, in respect to the members of all unions whose Southampton members have not re--turned to work by Tuesday. The federation's statement cays that this limitation is to enable the executive and the' , representatives of the various unions to ' employ the full week-end in bringing the Southampton members into line- with what the executive recognise to be the proper procedure. The . Boilermakers' Society, whose Southampton members did not strike, is not involved in the lock-out, but fifteen other unions are affected.
