DELHI, 4th April. Advices from Turkestan indicate that Russian control of the formerly independent Khiva Khanate and the Bokharan Emirate has been firmly secured. Rebel activity under Jumaid Khan is likely to receive its final blow, in the next few weeks. The States are now styled the Khorizm and, Bokharan Peoples' Soviet Republics, and are bound, by treaties to the Russian Soviet. The Turkestan Republic, with Tashkent as its' capital, is officially .described as an autonomous Socialist Soviet Republic.
