BRUSSELS, 4th April. , According to the newspapers, the American banks are prepared to place 200 million dollars at the disposal ai the Societe Nationale do Credits, and .the Swiss banks are ready to grant a lean of ICOO 'million francs, on which the Societe could draw as necessary to stabilise the Belgian' franc.
