The total number of bales of hemp graded during-Marcli/was 7854 as compared with 0744 lor tho. corresponding month last year an .increase of 1110 bales. For the 12 months ended 31st March last, the number of bales graded.was 03,809 bales, compared with 57,058 lor the previous twelve months, an increase of o9U. During the month 1751 bales of tow were- graded, as compared with ' 1044 for March, 1023, an increase of 107 bales. For the twelve: months ended 31st March; the niimber of bales .graded was 10,073 balca, against 14,974, tor the previous twelve mouths, all increase of 669 bales, 4
