BYLAW BREACHES
Mr. C. It. Orr-Walker, S.M., dealt with bylaw cases yesterday afternoon. . .Breaches of the motor-car bylaws were - dealt with as follow.:—William Bingham (failing to stop when requested), 15s and costs; William Milliard (excessive speed round corner), £1 10s and costs; Charles ■ Laird (failing to keep to left), £1 and costs £1 Is; Leslie Salt and Harry Wilson (drivjntr in prohibited area), each 10s and costs; Charles Edward Hamilton (driving at speed dangerous to the public) £3 and costs; Cecil John Masters (car iirilighted), 15s and, costs; Hubert biadden (excessive speed), £3 and costs; Henry James Miles (car uulighted), 10s and costs; Bert Fleming Kelly (passing stationary tram), £1 5s and costs; 'William Fitzgerald (passing stationary tram}, £1 10s and costs.
Jerome Talamona, for burying fish offal, was fined 10s and costs. A fine of £2 was imposed on Harry -Martin, who evaded the payment of a tram fare. For boarding the tram whilst in motion he was fined 10s and costs. .-,
