(Received 10th March, 11 am) a. xr 1' 9th March. AtNagpur the Swarajists' obstruction in the Council of the Central Provinces culminated in the total rejec tioii of the Budget. They voted only two rupees yearly salary to the Ministers, whereupon Mr. Standen, the Finance Member, declared that the Governor would have to take over the transferred departments.
