QUEEN'S THEATRE.
In her featrued role in "Only 38," a William de Mille production for Paramount, which also features May M'Avoy, Elliott Dexter, and George Fawcett, and showing at the Queen's Theatre, Lois Wilson has to appear thirty-eight years of age. For the purpose she makes use of a remarkable make-up of sunken cheeks, grey hair, hopeless eyes, and drooping shoulders, with such additional touches that mark a woman of nearly two score years, who has lost all hope of youth and romance. Elliott Dexter plays the role of a college professor, who finds Miss Wilson young despite her thirty-eight years. The picture is a comedy of character, and is. said to be one of the best William de Mille productions to date. The supporting films include a special comedy farce, entitled "Bob 'Em Good," based on a well-known play, and starring Bull Montana. Other supports are a Burton Holesm Travelogue and the latest Paramount Gazette. The Queen's Grand Orchestra, under the direction of Mr. A. H. Jerome, provides a delightful selection of incidental music. The bos plan is at The Bristol.
