SEEN BY FISHERMEN AT TIME.
CSEUTER'S TELEGRAM.)
PABIS, 29th December. Verisimilitude is lent to the theory that, the Dixmude. exploded over the .Mediterranean by the fact that Commander Granadan's watch had Btopped at 2.50 o'clock, which is the timethe stationmaster at Sciaeca and other railwaymen stated that they saw a light over the sea line, and two balloons on fire falling into the sea.
Fishermen at Sciacca state that before discovering the body of tlie commander of the Dixmude they found two wires in their nets', presumably belonging to the structure of the airship. It is also declared that on tha night of 21st December the inhabitants saw rockets' fired southward of San Marco. Other fishermen found wire in their nets, apparently part of a wireless headpiece.
