A case, which is believed to be unique, came before the Court at Haweva yesterday. George Appleyard, "William Corcoran, and Timothy Patrick Harris were chargod with aiding a barman in the commission of an oll'ence, punishable on summary conviction, with unlawfully supplying liquor after hours. The Magistrate said the evidence was that the barman did not want to supply liquor, but they overcame his scruples, and persuaded him to break the law.
