QUEEN'S THEATRE.
A ghost sequence in ."Wildcat Jordan," Richard Talmadge's latest thrilling comedy-drama, at the Queen's Theatre, to-day, was a costly affair for the producer, in that an entire studio was wrecked during the filming of the scenes. Talmadge is being initiated into an exclusive club, as the story goes, and is inveigled into going to a haunted house, there to be confronted by weird figures, who drag clanking chains and disappear at a' touch. Talmadge manages to pin one of the ghosts down and discovers he is a real human being. The fight is on and. a more thrilling fight never has been filmed. The supporting film (subjects' include a. rlever Century comedy, "So Long, Buddy," starring Buddy Messenger, the latest Burton Holmes Travelogue, and up-to-the-min-ute gazettes. An excellent programme of incidental music will be provided by the Queen's Grand Orchestra. The box plan is at The Bristol.
