Cray" It is intolerable that a bustling communiity hke Wellington should, be stuck up •in the'streetE for .hours -writing to buy a railway ticket or make some simple inquiry It Bl mply spoils the start in ones holiday. No wonder the Bailway department is not a paying proposition. It would be amusing if it had not ita pathetic side to sea a long line of anxious_ people waiting and waiting to buy a simple railway ticket.—l am, etc.; _ KOTTEN SJSTEM. 20th December. . ■
