WAIRARAPA v. WELLINGTON.

Teams representing the Wellington arid Wairarapa Public Schools are engaged, in a match at; the Basin Reserve to-day. Except for the northerly wind the conditions are fairly good. Wellington batted first and made good use of the splendid wicket, running up a total of 150 before the fall of the last wicket shortly after 12.30 p.m. W. Dustin and W.
