Moscow reports state that the Soviet js drawing up a new tariff, which wijl remove all export duties from agricultural produce, and impose import duties on such goods as are manufactured in Russia. Agricultural machinery and implements ilot made in Russia will be admitted free till 1926. The Russian coal industry will be protected against British coal.
