(UNITED PRgBS ASSOCIATION.— COPYRIGHT.). MELBOURNE, 26th November. P. O'Hara Wood, who was to have played G. L. Patterson in the fipal of the singles championship, has withdrawn owing to an injury to his ankle. He refused to accept a postponement offered by Patterson and the Tennis Association.
