STRESEMANN'S INTERESTING REFERENCE DOCUMENTS SHOWN TO PKOVE FACT. , LONDON, 23rd November. mere lias been much speculation concerning Herr Stresemunn's reference on Inursday to a loan of £50,000,000 No confirmation- of this could be secured in the highest financial circles in London. The Daily lelegraph's" diplomatic correspondent points out that a loan of such magnitude is impossible without the cooperation of the biggest financial houses. Ihe "Telegraph's" Berlin correspondent, however, states that Herr Stresemann m his statement to journalists after his defeat, said that to prove to the Conservatives the reality of the loan ! negotiations he had that morning submitted to the secretary of their party the full documents relative to the matter.
