LONDON, 2lEt November. In his address at the Queen's Hall, before turning to the election, Mr. Lloyd George paid an eloquent tribute to the late Dr. John Clifford, the Baptist leader, and at his request the audience stood silent for a few moments in reverence to Dr. Clifford's memory.
