SCHOOL COMMITTEE

The monthly meeting of, the South Wellington School Committee was held in the schoolroom, Mr. T. Mollison presiding. The question of pooling all school material by the Wellington primary schools was brought before the committee and favourably received. It was stated that tho concert held in the schoolroom on 12th October proved very successful, an excellent programme of school talent providing a most enjoyable evening. The report from the headmaster stated tho attendance of scholars during tho month of October was 98 per cent., and the health of Ihe children very satisfactory.
