GRATITUDE TO FRIENDLY
POWERS.

TOKIO, 12th November. Armistice Day was celebrated by a mass meeting in Misiya Park, under the auspices of the League of Nations Association. Tho foreign Ministers and the Diplomatic Corps were present. Resolutions were adopted thanking the friendly Powers for sympathy and relief in the recent calamity.
