The direotors of the Mosgiel Woollen Factory .Company, Limited, in presenting their pOth annual report, state:—"The profit and loss account shows n balance (including the amount carried forward) of £15,9U7 9s (id. After writing off £7500 for depreciation, adding £5000 to reserve, and providing n sum for'income tax payable, the directors recommend that a dividend of 4 per cent, per annum and a bonus of 3 per cent, per annum be paid, which will absorb £5482 0s Cd leaving £10,125 9s to be carried forward to profit and loss account for the current year."
