SPRING SHOWERS
A small westerly disturbance has developed during the week-end —the barometer rising in the North and falling in the South. There has been scattered rainfall in districts with a westerly aspect; but the weather has been warm and fair, but cloudy, generally.- The forecast of the Director of the Meteorological Office is for continuance o£ these conditions on all westerly coasts, westerly winds, strong to gale, ."prevailing in most parts of the country—the barometer haying a falling tendency. .
