THE TWELVE-MILE LIMIT
WASHINGTON, 26th October. The Administration is not altogether surprised to hear that Britain is willing to accept the principle of a twelve-mile limit within which vessek may be searched. Pending the receipt of the British plans, however, the authorities are unable to cay whether the stipulations of the United' States draft treaty will be substantially accepted. ,
