Massey conferred with the Duke of Devonshire with legard to the exhibit of live stock from New Zealand at the Empire Exhibition, and received .an assurance that such stock would be admitted, and at the conclusion of the Exhibition could be sold in Britain, subject to a veterinary certificate..
