Sir James Allen is negotiating with the Overseas Settlement Committee for the purpose of carrying out New Zealand's immigration innovation on lines similar to the Rhodes Scholar scheme, whereby headmasters of English .public schools may nominate likely candidates. Twenty youths will be sent out monthly under the scheme for training on New Zeala-nd farms and stations.
