REPLY FROM ENGLISH UNION.

Cabled advice announcing the result of the English Rugby Union sub-com-mittee's deliberations on the amended terms submitted by the New Zealand Rugby Union for the proposed tour of a New Zealand team to England next year, have been received by the New Zealand Rugby Union, and will be placed before a meeting of the Management Committee to-morrow evening. It is stated that further negotiations will probably be necessary before any further information regarding the terms of the tour is made public. Mr. C. Wray is looking after New Zealand's interests at Home, and is a member of the committee which is dealing with matters in connection with the tour.
