The Australian Press Association's, representative from Toulon telegraphs that the Orvieto, with Mr. Stanley Bruce, Australian Prime Minister, aboard, is expected to arrive at 4 a.m. Wednesday (to-day). Mr. Bruce will land by the. Vice-Admiral's launch, and will be welcomed to France by the Admiral at the Grand_ Hotel. The municipal authorities will also extend their courtesies.
