(REUTERS TELEGRAM.) (Received Ist October, 10 a.m.) SINGAPORE, 30th September. The causeway connecting Singapore Island with the mainland of Johore is now open for the passage of trains. It is now possible to travel from Singapore to Bangkok without changing.
