PROTEST AGAINST REVALUATION METHODS.

HAWERA, This Day. The South Taranaki Returned Soldiers' Association passed a • motion pointing out that the provision made in the forms provided for revaluation was inadequate m respect of the period allowed over which to estimate the productive yield °« a farm, namely, 28th February to 30th June, and advocating that a better guilde would be to average prices ruling in the district for the five years immediately preceding the war, and an estimate of prices and production yield over a period of five years from now.
