CERCLE FRANCAIS
A programme of unusual interest was set before the members of the Oercle Francais on Thursday night, when Mr. L. C. Manning, a vice president of the club, lectured on the opera of "Faust," interspersing his remarks with gramophone numbers. The records were exceptionally fine, some famous vocalists being heard. In each case, prior to the record being "put on," the words of the number were read by Mine. Tarbaycff-Ronge. Mr. Manning was sufficiently impressed by the very evident enjoyment of the audience to intimate that he would probably present "KLgoletto" or "La Bohema" *at some future dai« in the game «V'
