The Nationalist Congress rejected the executives resolution regarding Kenya and adopted an amended resolution urging that efforts be redoubled to shake oft subjection, and to help the Indians resident m Kenya in a practical programme of resistance.
The executive of the Nationalist Congress, by 23 votes to 9, passed a resolution declaring that the Kenya decision proved that India could not honourably remain a member of the British Empire, and must now seriousfy consider the advisability of working the award independent of the British connection
