LONDON, 22nd September. The Cologne correspondent of, "The Tides " reports that foodlees mine strikers in the occupied territory who have not received strike pay have begun guerrilla tactics against 1 the farmers, marching in squads of twenty and demanding the produce of the farms-with-out plundering. The squads ars armed with Sticks and' iron bars. The farmers surrendered, but have now formed a peasants' self-defence force.
