DUNEDIN, This Day. At the final meeting of the Provisional Committee concerned with the formation of the proposed power board, it was decided to send petitions to the Government with two delegates-to lay the whole position before the authorities It was stated that the Dunedin City Corporation and the Taieri County Council were opposing the board's formation, the latter having asserted it would not hand over reticulation |> the board.
