The Wellington junior representative team took an ample. revenge for their beating by Wairarapa on tonr by soundly drubbing the couutry'teani at Athletic Park by 17 points to nil on Saturday, Ihe game was played on a soft wetground as a curtain-raiser to the Pe-tone-Poneke match. Wairarapa were defending, throughout the first spell, which finished with the score: Wellington 9, Wairarapa 0. The scores for Wellington came through a fine penalty goal kicked by Myers and two tries, one by Thompson and one by Hall. Myers failed with the kicks. ■ In the second spell Wellington continued to press and added to their score.
