Referring to' Eihpii'e- development, in a' speech at" Aberdeen, Sir Philip LloydGreanie> president'of the Board of Trade, said that the Dominions had- vast 'resources- requiring" settlers to- develop them. This would- bring wealth arid prosperity to both' the' Dominions and Britain. The greater the acceleration given now; the greater would be the future advantage.-
