Admiral Baron Tomosaburo Kato was Prime Minister and. Minister of Marine m the Japanese Cabinet. He is not to be confused with Viscount Takaaki Kato, formerly Japanese Ambassador in London and Minister of Foreign Affairs and now a member of the House of Peers. ' . •
