REDUCTION IN CHARGES FOR THE ADMINISTRATION >OF ESTATES. rr IS NOTIFIED for public information that important reductions haye been made in the commission charged by the Publio Trußtee for the administration of Estates. Commission on the capital of Estates when realised is now charged according to the following soale:— On the first £5000, 2i per cent. On tho next £5000, 1£ per cent. On the next £40,000, 1 per cent. Or. excess of £50,000, § per cent. . As an exception to this scale, the charge on certain estates of not more than £1000 in vnlue is— On the first £400, 5 per cent. On balance, 2i per cent; Incomo Ohargos: The commission charged on rent or on -interest on mortgages lias been reduced from 5 per cent, to 24 per cent, on amounts in excess of £500 per annum. _ . ■.' The concessions apply to ostates under administration by the Publio Trustee on the Ist April. 1922, and on estates accepted after that date.
