LONDON, 10th August. Mr. Reginald M'Kenna has returned to London and conferred with the Prime Minister (Mr. Baldwin). It is understood that he is still prepared to accept office as Chancellor of the Exchequer, but difficulty is being experienced in finding a suitable constituency, as his doctor advises that Mr. M'Kenna is unlit to face a vigorous election fight.
