' MELBOURNE, This Day. Mr. A. Chapman, Federal Minister of Trade and Customs, at the anual meeting of the Federal Fruit Council, said there would be no more Government pools. It was the function of a Government not to run businesses, but to govern. Since its formation, the fruit pool had cost Australia, in three years, £500 - 000.
