THE KING'S MESSAGE
COURT MOURNING FOR A WEEK.
LONDON, 3rd August. Tlie King commands that one week of Court mourning shall be observed for President Harding. The King sent a message to Mrs. Harding, expressing the personal sympathy of himself'and the Queen. The whole British people, he said, will join those of the sister' nation who mourn the death of the President at th e culminating point of. his distinguished career.
