(Received 4th August, 11 a.m.) SYDNEY, This Day. Sir George Fuller, Premier of New South Wales, paid a tribute to Mr. Harding. He said that during the recent tour, Mr. Lawson (Premier' of Victoria) and he had found Mr. Harding's name revered and esteemed by all parties m America.
