BOY KNOCKED DOWN.
A lad named Tony Pieno, • aged 5 years, was on the road at Island Bay last evening, when he was knocked down by a van. He .was seriously injured, and was immediately picked up by the v*n and taken to hospital. He was still in a serious condition at noon to-day. Hi 6 parents live at 28, Trent street' Island Bay.
